Rockwell Automation controllers manage Finland´s largest hotel with 700 rooms - opens in June 2024
Klinkmann has provided customer with Allen-Bradley Micro 800 system and also taken full responsibility for the system's application programming.
Klinkmann Ltd has supplied the room automation for Finland's largest hotel complex opening at Helsinki-Vantaa Airport, with Rockwell Automation control devices chosen as the solution. Hotel opens in June 2024.
The 13-story hotel, operated by Strawberry (former Nordic Choice Hotels), is adjacent to Terminal 2, and it offers over 700 rooms. The building is 45 meters high.
Hotel Room Automation
With this project, Strawberry introduces two different hotel concepts at the Helsinki-Vantaa airport: Clarion and Comfort Hotel Helsinki Airport.
The hotel concepts will provide spa and fitness facilities, as well as five different restaurants for future travelers. Additionally, the hotels will offer high-quality meeting and conference services, along with a Sky Bar open to all visitors. Launderette is also provided for the Comfort hotel customers, and check-in and check-out work on a self-service basis.
